TimeSeed creates a random 50-character key on your device — that is your secret. From it, plus the date you pick and any pepper words you add, the tool derives the key that encrypts your messages and files, right in your browser and fully offline. Whatever app or network carries the result sees only an encrypted blob — never the contents, though its size and timing remain visible.
TimeSeed does all of its work inside your own browser. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing stored on a server, and no one in the middle who could ever read what you write.
No central server ever handles your message — you create and encrypt it offline, on your own device. No accounts, nothing to sign up for, and no company sitting between you and the people you write to.
Everything happens inside your browser. Disconnect from the internet entirely and TimeSeed still generates keys and encrypts your text and files.
TimeSeed v3 adds ML-KEM, the official post-quantum standard, so your messages stay sealed even against future quantum computers.
Two tools, the same TimeSeed keys. Use the full version in any browser, or the phone companion when you are on the go.
Create a random 50-character TimeSeed — that is your secret. From it, the date you choose and any pepper words you add, TimeSeed derives the actual encryption key. That derived key is never stored: the same inputs re-create it every time. Encrypt and decrypt text and files, all in your browser, online or off.
Under the hood: ML-KEM post-quantum encryption layered on proven Argon2 key derivation and AES-GCM.
Launch TimeSeed v3 →A simple phone tool for encrypting and decrypting text on the go, using your TimeSeed v3 keys or a direct password. Runs entirely on your device — nothing is ever sent anywhere.
Updated for v3 keys.
Open Lockit →The Sovereign is a second, independent layer of encryption that you control yourself, sitting on top of whatever messenger you already use. New to it? The onboarding walks you and a contact through the whole setup in about ten minutes — and ends with a card you can print.
